replacement parts for roofrack. For 6 months I was back and forth with their useless customer services. They told me to order a part twice which they told me was what I needed but both times they were wrong. The website entry for the second part did not even have a picture or description so I could not check, just had to trust them. Big mistake. Then they told me a needed a different part again. When I eventually gave up and ordered a complete new roofrack elsewhere "customer services" have gone into hiding and did not respond to my emails for over a week until pushed. Now trying to get a refund for the useless parts which I have not a lot of confidence in given this useless shower. AVOID.

Horrible customer service experience and misguiding return policy... I ordered a dash cam from them and tested but didn't like the fact that it would heat up very quick and some other features. I wanted to return the product as it says "*hassle free return*" on their website if I'm (customer) not satisfied with the product. I reached out to them asking for return instructions but they declined to send me the return label. They said that the product is used/tested and they can't accept it... and I asked them: how can a customer would know if he/she is satisfied with his/her purchase if the product is not tested? I didn't get any response back because they know that their return policy is misguiding. Their customer service team is just a bunch of incompetent people... I was offered a free hardwire kit by micksgarage and when I accepted it, they simply sent me a link where I could purchase. I mean why would you offer a free hardwire kit for a customer if you are only going to send them the link to purchase it? It just shows that they don't take their customers serious. They just want their customer's money and that's all.

Terrible service on two separate occasions from this compnay (Micksgarage). To be honest it sounds to me like they are taking th Mick. First occassion, I bought brake pads for a toyota corolla. It was a while beofre I got to fit them and when I did I discovered they were incorrect fitment. Went back to this shower and they told me there was two types listed on their site and I shhould have known which one by the shape of the old ones. Thing is I would have had to have the old ones out to see which would have meant the car would be undrivable until I got the new ones. They refused to refund me as it was past the 28 days. Correspondance and custiomer service was atrocious. Second time i used them (I don't know why I bothered!) I orders a set of car mats. No sign of delivery and when I queried it I was told "they were coming, be patient". 6 weeks later still nothing, I queried again, no response. Then a day later a refund with no explanation other than to say they had supplier difficulties. This company are a complete joke, how they got a European award is beyond me. Customer service is non existent with these clowns. My simple advice - go to your local motor factor or alernatively Halfords who in my experieince have great customer service.

BUYER BEWARE: Bought a tow bar which arrived promptly. Then it was all downhill from there. Two separate mechanics showed me how the parts were incompatible with my car. Micks garage would not except this as their computer told them it was the correct item. Yes I received the item I ordered (which was Kieran from Micks garage argument) but the part itself was not fit for purpose, the plates are two wide for the chassis. However Kieran and Ryan were unable to understand that fact and kept repeating that I’d received the ordered item. “Computer says no” although in real-life the tow bar would not fit my car and was useless to me. As of right now customer service at micks garage cannot fathom how they are responsible for selling me a useless tow bar. After a solid week of emails and frustration this means I am down the cost of the tow bar, the garage, my time and the cost of returning the items. €36 photographed and recorded because I just don’t trust them at this point. Micks garage you owe me money. Shop in the high street.

False advertising EVERYWHERE. The car reg search engine is incorrect all the time. They advertise many car parts as fitting models they most definitely do not. No interest in offering refunds and to be honest, downright patronising customer service

I have had 4 recent orders from Micks garage and there definately will not be a fifth. Wrong sized window wipers Bulbs broken due to no protective packing Wrong engine oil delivered. Paid extra for next day delivery of an item that had free standard postage. The item was sent by standard posts and courier fee not fully refunded. Micks Garage do not want to know, dont reply to emails for days and then do not address the issue. Its seems that we as customers are meant to accept appalling treatment and so what if you got the wrong item, be grateful you got something appears to be the attitude.

Ordered crossbars for my Volvo xc90 roof on Sunday. Package delivered on Wednesday in New Hampshire USA. WAAAAY faster than Amazon. The crossbars are on my car now, perfect, just what I ordered. Thanks Micks garage, excellent service.

My 2* review of roof bars on micksgarage.com was not published, and it is still listed as a 5* product. The manufacturer of the bars list them as only suitable for 4 dr Mondeo, although it is similar to the 5dr it would have been nice if the product compatibility was more transparent. I am unfortunately disappointed with the quality of the product but MicksGarage have not replied to my emails re returning it. It was expensive at 140 pounds, when I think how prominent MicksGarage is in Google UK search and how over-convincing the ‘reviews’ are, maybe it is best I cut my losses and just don’t use them again.

AVOID!!!! Ordered 2 wing mirrors, got clearly 2 different ones sent photos showing the colour of them and they replied with that they have the same functionality does not matter if they reflect different color etc as they are made by the same manufacturer. Weird as they came in 2 different shape and package boxes. Will not send me out a new part and wants me to pay for a return. Absolute joke of a company, no phone number for support you have to deal through emails. Very ignorant customer support, ive no other way but to make a claim for chargeback, will not be coming back to shop here. One of the worst customer experiences ive ever had. SHOCKING.

Appalling company, use at your peril. Ordered a set of lockable roof bars. They arrived locked in position but with no keys. After several emails they suggested I contact the manufacturer directly as they had no keys. I suggested that since they were the sellers they could either contact the manufacturer, collect the roof bars and issue a full refund or send a replacement set. Their answer was to ignore my emails. I have since had to purchase a set of keys from the manufacturers at an additional expense.

ordered roof rack,which was sent out 2 days later with a tracking number,when i checked this it said awaiting payment of custom charges which i didn't realise i had to pay, I think Micks Garage should have stated this on the order confomation. I've have had to pay £52.90 to release from customs.I emailed them to say i wanted refund but have had no response. So had to pay. BE AWARE OF THIS IF LIVING IN ENGLAND.

Absolute joke of a company and pure cowardice. Hide behind emails so they can say no, no and no. Clearly unable to pick up the phone or speak. Wrong item displayed on site, paid extra for postage and wasn't sent for weeks. When returned item at a £20 cost they refused to accept item and was returned. Do not use this company l, pay the extra for some real service.

Fantastic service ..ordered Friday delivered bank holiday Monday with update emails on dispatch and what to do if not delivered in certain time frame ..... product arrived exactly as was in description..great value for money ..will def be ordering again !!

Terrible Service, Avoid! Their websites specified only 1 product for the Car Make/Model Provided. There was no way to check for alternative products you must buy the recommeded product. The Product did not fit was not the correct for the Make/Model Provided. They now say this is my fault. I should have checked some document that was not provided before the sale. How convenient for them, to have no integrity in their business operations and to blankly absolve them from any wrong doing in their mistakes.

NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS DISASTER OF A MOTOR FACTOR, I WAS TOLD MY ITEMS HAD BEEN DISPATCHED THEN 2 DAYS LATER TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE MY ITEMS IN STOCK. A SHOWER OF CROOKS THE LOT OF THEM. BUY FROM YOUR LOCAL SHOP, AT LEAST YOU CAN TAKE IT BACK, NOT PAY RETURN POST OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET AND WAIT ANOTHER WEEK AND MORE THAN LIKELY GET IT WRONG AGAIN. AVOID AVOID

I have two grandsons that love toy lawn equipment. The Bosch Kids Garden Trolley Helper Set looked cute. The price was high, especially since I needed two, but I paid the $40 each. I am in the U.S. so the shipping cost was an additional $15. This would have been ok if the quality was good. However, it was not. It looked like the seasonal plastic summer toys you find at any discount store for half the price I paid. The weedeater said it had realistic sound. There is nothing that spins. There is a wheel that rolls on the ground that creates a noise. It costs too much to send back so I am out $110 on something that is probably worth $30. Never again!

Ordered Wind deflectors for my friends Corolla..arrived just before Xmas Eve. My mate opened Xmas Eve and front 2 Damaged. Contacted Micks Garage...Auto reply Micks will respond ASAP......yea right...Finally after waiting...waiting...waiting ...this guy Mike responds looking photo evidence of damage...I explained my mate and I waited on their reply and when a fairly reasonable period had passed..my mate disposed of them...Mike from Micks Garage refused to provide any further help and shut me down.... I contacted pay pal explained my case in detail and full REFUND issued..... BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Micks Garage.. Wish I had read the reviews Some pretty bad reviews Guys looks like I am not the ONLY person to complain?
