Shocking experience dealing with this company. I ordered a set of wind deflectors for a Golf, they acknowledged the order and the following day emailed me to inform me that my order had been cancelled because they could no longer dispatch from their warehouse due to COVID. Of course I accepted the cancelation due to the circumstances and ordered the wind deflectors from another supplier. About a week later their cancelled order arrived on my doorstep. The returns process was arduous to say the least and in my opinion is designed to hinder the customer rather than facilitate a successful return. The return address provided on their website is incomplete so the Post Office won’t accept it, the cost of the return is astronomical being as they are based in Dublin. I wrote to them suggesting they make a 50% contribution towards my return postage costs which I thought was more than fair of me given that I had no idea the items were going to be delivered. I received the curtest of responses essentially refusing point blank what I believed to be a very reasonable request. The icing on the cake was the closing signature from their customer care team ‘Have a great day Robschulp!’ An expensive and unpleasant experience from one of the least customer-centric businesses I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. A shambolic business with zero regard for their customers. Inevitably operating at this shoddy level is one day going to impact the wrong person, in this instance a magazine and media professional with over 30 years experience working exclusively in the motoring press and a list of contacts as long as my arm….
