DO NOT PURCHASE from this company faulty number plates letters and numbers dropped off cheap material expensive prices no customer service even though I have sent messages and emails and no contact from them waste of money 😑

I got sent out items that didn’t work. I contacted customer service and was asked to send them back using their printed label, which I did. This was 3 months ago. I haven’t gotten any contact since. Avoid this company

Can't through on the phone, tried so far 50 times to try and cancel an order that was for next day deliver but they charged me nearly 20 euros for this service and sent by ordinary post and now it's delayed.

I placed an order 15 days ago and have not yet received my item.... I sent an email 7 days ago to Micks Garage requesting information about my order and received an automated response that led nowhere ....7 days along and have tried to call and according to the automated message they are "not taking telephone calls...." so I have emailed yet again only to receive the same automated message as before. I just wish that I have never used this company - far too stressful and frustrating .... an extremely poor service that leaves me wondering

Ordered a replacement wing mirror glass. Waited over 2 weeks, got no reply when rang and emailed. Then, 17 days after I made my order they just refunded me with no explanation. I was waiting on this mirror for my NCT. Awful service. Would not recommend

No idea what happened to MicksGarage.com, they used to be really good.. ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still no order. They don't answer the phones anymore and you can only contact them through email, I've emailed them 5 times over the past week looking for a refund as my order never arrived. Not 1 email has been answered. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.. Still waiting..I have never heard back from MicksGarage.com as to where my order is or if they will give me back my money. Absolutely disaster. Needless to say, I'll never order from them again !!!!!! Appalling service
