“We are two 70 years old duffers! Went into store to help set up upgrade on Skype and had a password problem on emails. Could not have been treated better. Very efficient young man called Dan Anderton had us up and running in no time, even helped when home with security questions. Will certainly go back as we're sure to have problems again!”

“Both my partner and I have been having a lot problems one way and another with our computers. However, in a short space of time Steve was able to correct all of these and we are again very happy people. He was extremely helpful and we have picked up some good tips from him, certainly knows his job. Also what a very nice chap he is, so knowledgeable and has brilliant customer care skills. “Micro Plus staff at our local store in Oswestry have always been most helpful and courteous whenever we have visited, whether for purchasing products or when we have needed technical assistance. All the staff are very approachable and particularly patient. We would go as far as to say that to us Micro Plus, Oswestry is like having a knowledgeable family friend at the end of the phone. Well done Dan Anderton and all staff in Micro Plus Oswestry.”

“To steve and the crew at micro plus oswestery , steve did an or-some job on building us our new state of the art music studio and video editing computer system we are all really pleased with our end product absolutely amazing peice of kit with his very skill full atitude and his attention to detail (this guy sure knows his stuff) he talked us through what we needed to work for us best a true professional in his line of work we will be using him again thankyou for your help steve Sunshine studios Matwom imaging”
