“After much thought and hesitation decided for the first time on a refurbished Lenova laptop from MicroDream. On arrival the Laptop looked like new and worked like a dream. So pleased that after a month decided to purchase a Desktop.and hoped for the best as I had many new in the past. Talked with Paul. Good advice but no sales talk! No worries,the Lenovo Desktop was as good as the laptop in every way Setup took my breath away as it just rolled on for a few minutes with a minimum button pressing from me. A very happy Oap thank you.”

“Parts have been delivered in timely manner, and for really good price. Did not have any potential issues to resolve, so can't say anything about their customer support, but overall very happy with the service they have provided.”

“First Time User - will be back! Needed a desktop for a new office for cloud-based ERP data input. Desktop in question seemed suitable, ordering simple, delivery was next day and the PC itself is as good as new. Worked straight out of the box and no issues. Wondering why I ever went to PC World???”

“I made a mistake ordering online so phoned up. No waiting on the phone; polite, efficient staff soon had me sorted out. Computer arrived when scheduled. Everything worked first time. Have used Microdream several times now. No problems.”

“PROFESSIONAL - ESTABLISHED - COURTEOUS - LIKE NEW REFURBS! A transparent and professional company who provided us with a new gaming machine. Immense spec, looked brand new and not like a refurb! Price point was less than half the price of new. My opinion of refurbed has been transformed having always bought new. the savings are incredible.”

“Bought my new notebook as a refurbished item, it looks and feels brand new. It was described well and the product matches the description. I am very pleased getting something suitable for my use at a fraction of the cost of new. Delivery was prompt but not as smooth as it could have been. It wasn't straightforward to get in touch with the delivery company to rearrange but once I did it was delivered promptly. I guess expectations are now set at quite unrealistic levels. Can't see the point of buying new again if this is what refurbished looks like.”

“Bought a refurbished Dell optiplex pc and monitor to replace a 12 year old tower, at a price less than half what I would have paid for a similar spec new. Upgraded the video card and hard drive, for SSD, so there are a range of enhancements available when ordering. They arrived within 10 days, very well packaged, are unmarked and look new. The small form case is such a treat after the old tower! I'm extremely impressed so far, although I am not using it primarily for gaming.”
