Almost non-existent customer service and support. When you do manage to speak to them they give you attitude! Avoid if you know what is good for you.

They failed to deliver my order and went I sent in a complaint, they advised that it was delivered and they had POD. However the documentation said it was delivered to someone with a different last name to which the courier service advised it was delivered to a neighbour. Then micro dream said the courier was wrong and my wife had signed for it. However, the proof they provided did not evidence this either. Still no laptop or refund!!! Avoid at all cost these are a disgrace!

Would give 0! Had an incredible bad, very-very bad experience with Microdream. Wouldnot suggest them to anyone for sure. First time in our life ordered a refurbished laptop as an emergency solution due to our circumstances, paid for the extra postage to receive it on time. Received laptop worked for 3 hours for the duration of set up. After being switched off for 2 hours, never could be turned on again. Reported the problem. Microdream advised us to repair it by ourselves! Under guarantee. Refused doing it or trying anything such as to dismantle the back cover or play with a paperclip inside - what you couldnot see what you would do anyway! What a company is that who advises the customer to repair it under guarantee at first place. 2nd the battery couldnot have been removed so it was under electricity all the time and tell you to play inside with a metal clip!!! Stated we would send it back to refund. Asked for 10 pictures to be taken of laptop. Done, sent, we asked for acknowledgment. Denying receiving them. 3 of us sent the required pictures, 3 times from 3 different sources. 4 times asking whether you want refund or replacement, though from very beginning you had asked for refund. Then stating we damaged the laptop, dropped or whatsoever and refusing to pay the full refund. The whole handling is ridiculous, with the allegation of damaging the laptop. Never in our life dropped any electrical appliances. Always come up with something else, a different reason why wouldnot do a full refund. It is a very clever way but we are not stupid. 3 of us tried and witnessed it did not work. No damage was done by our side. Till it was packed in the original packaging it was in the same condition as we received it. Checked it with other expert and their allegations just not right. The laptop was faulty with a hidden problem which could occur anytime and we were tricked in. End of story. Learned the lesson. Never ever will do shopping like this again and 101% would not suggest Microdream to anyone at all.

Bought a laptop from Micro Dream and noticed the battery only last's about 1.5 - 2 hours after a charge. I emailed Micro Dream and the first email back (from Dagmara Kielar) was just a copy and paste of their T and C's stating the battery was a consumable. Not really helpful or a good impression of the company. I would have thought the aftersales would have been better. I won't be recommending Micro Dream and advise anyone to shop around.

Shocking service, read the bad reviews and you will see why. As soon as things go wrong, you get verbal and aggressive messages from them. Don't even try to get a refund, you will get fobbed of and more excuses.

Great service. Very quick and exactly as advertised. Packed in static free bags. Fantastic customer service staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying computer technology.

With in a span of 10 Min of us leaving a feedback we get feedbacks from Microdream how is feedback system being misused reviews need to look into this and either remove microdream for misusing the system. Genuinely shocked by their customer service. I ordered an HP EliteOne 800 PC.The first computer they sent me was broken. They replaced it with one that was painfully slow from straight out of the box. I tried everything to fix it myself because I couldn't bear the thought of yet another exchange. In the end, nothing worked and I asked for help. They were rude and disbelieving from the start. I tried negotiating a compromise, but they ignored it. The worst service I've had in years. Please avoid.

Brilliant company to deal with. I was told about them a few years ago and decided to purchase a tower from them. They were excellent and the tower arrived very quickly and very well packaged. I have since used them for various items including a laptop two weeks ago. As usual, it arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them. Why spend a fortune on new PC's when you can purchase excellent second hand refurbished ones for a lot less. Love MicroDream

I oferderd a laptop on Saturday and the money came straight out. Then today (Tuesday) I got an email that my order had been cancelled I rang up to ask why and the useless customer support woman told me my address with my bank was not the same as the one I supplied. So I rang up my bank to check my details are all up to dative wich they are. So I rang back up to say they are all up todate so I don’t understand what the problem was. Well she was useless told me I’d have to use PayPal or something diffrent I hung up. Now I am £200 short I won’t get back for like 5days and I’m wondering if I will even get it back at all as if there was a problem with my bank details how did they take the mo way out to begin with?!?!. AVOID THIS SITE!

Do not trust or supply any items to Microdream or a dream will turn into a nightmare. Threatening and unpolite attitude towards their suppliers. Microdream has been our customer for quite a few months however it has come at a cost. We supplied 50 Screens to Microdream for 26 plus vat not £ 50 plus as claimed by the company (a complete false claim) They buy laptop screens for their laptops they sell to their customers. They want to buy cheap LCD and expect them to be A Grade tested and do not want to pay the extra to cover the costs. Also do take care when Microdream send the goods back as RMA as they may be not belonging to you but from other suppliers who they themselves are not aware of hence the reason we barcode all items we send out. Dead pixels policy: commonly accepted industry standards regarding dead pixels display up to 2 dead pixels is within industry standards and therefore considered acceptable Wikipedia about dead pixels dead pixels does not indicate the quality of the LCD screen possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the technology of making LCD screens, and major manufacturers do not consider 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is sufficient enough to scrap the laptop display

i have purchased ESET computer software protection through these people and have bought several computers in the past , I will not spend another penny with them. the product they sold me does not work and they refuse to refund , referring me to ESET who say there is no record of my purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THESE PEOPLE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Well, after receiving numerous messages confirming delivery date & time, I am sitting here without my order. Upon calling APC Couriers I was told it was not even in the 'Local' depot, they then called 'The Hub' to be told it was not there either. I am not a happy bunny. You promised so much, so much so, it convinced me to shop with you. I have now 'lost' a weekend. 0014520 Order No.
