“Just spent 4 hours stuck with their online chat, trying to sort out my email addresses and passwords. What a nightmare. managed to sort them out eventually but they are security mad - thats why it took 4 hours.
The problem started when I had to use system restore and half my progs disappeared, I managed to get them all back but Office kept saying my password was not recognised - this happened every time I try to restore Office and Im fed up with it, I have to change my password at each attempt to get it all back up and running and now had more passwords than Father Christmas..”
