“Ordered a decal on 1/20 for my Alienware laptop. Arrived a few weeks later. After putting on my laptop, it started peeling. Keep in mind, the backpack is also Alienware, so extra padded.
Reached out to customer service:
“In a case like this we would be happy to send out a replacement order without the need for a return. You would only be responsible to cover the shipping cost + $5 for the replacement. Please confirm if you would like to move forward and I will send over a new order request.”
What? Why would I pay anything to replace a defective item?”
“Place order two weeks ago and they still haven't shipped my order. I am now out $38 bucks. Avoid doing business with this outfit, they take your money and don't deliver.”
“Do not order from this company! I payed for a design for an iPhone 11 and only got a $17 sticker. They don’t do refunds as they claim too, either. Satisfaction guaranteed is a blatant lie. There’s so much “fine print” and loop-holes for them to scam you out of your money, it’s just wrong. Their “skins” and “wraps” are just fancy words for expensive stickers and nothing more. Their customer service is basically nonexistent and take forever to respond to your emails. Avoid the disappointment and order from somewhere else.”
