“I think that the Service I regularly receive from both Military Direct and Rifles Direct is nothing short of Outstanding - and I am a perfectionist. In particular I believe that Angela Best and Kelly Barrett are outstanding ambassadors for your business. My only negative point is that the music that preceeds one getting through to a human voice - does NOT do justice to your business and should be eliminated or changed to something more regimental.
