“3rd review you have sent me pity your services haven’t sent the actual product I ordered way back when. Please delete my email address and sending me reviews and adverts as I quite clearly will not be using your services again. The role has finished now do the patch is now not needed thank you for wasting my hard earned money on a badge you couldn’t even post!”

“I think that the Service I regularly receive from both Military Direct and Rifles Direct is nothing short of Outstanding - and I am a perfectionist. In particular I believe that Angela Best and Kelly Barrett are outstanding ambassadors for your business. My only negative point is that the music that preceeds one getting through to a human voice - does NOT do justice to your business and should be eliminated or changed to something more regimental. Kind regards, Colonel Bob Purvis TD. Contact at: 01291672442”
