“Just been to this restaurant. We booked a table for a 'quick' Monday night dinner. We were seated immediately, and on time and the waiter took our drink order. The drinks arrived 20 minutes later and he said he'd be back to take our order shortly. He finally arrived 25 minutes after we were seated to inform us there was no T bone, sirloin or 8oz fillet steak.
A steakhouse with no steak is bad enough, but to tell us about it 25 minutes into the visit is absolutely unforgivable. Previous visits have always been ok for service but great for food. This time the service was poor beyond belief, and the lack of food was positively amateurish.”
