“We go to Miller and Carter quite regular. We like it. Sometimes we wait what seems a while for our food. However, it's usually busy, so that'll be why.
I would like say thank you to two waitresses that looked after us on Saturday 10th May 2025. Charlotte C and Grace, made us feel very welcome. They both had a lovely, relaxed manner about them in the way they spoke and dealt with us9. They were immaculately presented, polite, hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. They were both lovely people to be around and I'd like them to know they were appreciated. They made us feel very welcome, thank you.”

“Fantastic experience I was greeted by a man I think his name was Matt so polite he changed my booking to a booth so greatfull thanks Matt I was served my a lady not sure of her name but she was great food was great matt offered me deserts as he was passing he recommended sticky toffee pudding this was so good I will be back soon thanks”
“Went for drinks on a Saturday afternoon and planning stay for tea, but didn't. Sat outside having a drink and noticed a lot of wasps which were feeding on the 12 uncleared tables of glasses and food. I sat there around 20 minutes and not one staff member came outside to clear tables”

“We went for my nans 80th birthday. They staff were very attentive. My nan got a free bottle of prosecco. They brought her desert and it said Happy Birthday. It was lovely. The food was delicious and the waitress was lovely, chatty and very polite.”
“Went for a meal to Miller & carter at Parbold for our lads graduation, and from getting there Eddie on the yellow team made us all more than welcome nothing was too much trouble for him .Service was great, food was great,,all 6 of us had a great meal, made our sons graduation enjoyable.Eddie made our day special,will return soon.

“Just been to this restaurant. We booked a table for a 'quick' Monday night dinner. We were seated immediately, and on time and the waiter took our drink order. The drinks arrived 20 minutes later and he said he'd be back to take our order shortly. He finally arrived 25 minutes after we were seated to inform us there was no T bone, sirloin or 8oz fillet steak.
A steakhouse with no steak is bad enough, but to tell us about it 25 minutes into the visit is absolutely unforgivable. Previous visits have always been ok for service but great for food. This time the service was poor beyond belief, and the lack of food was positively amateurish.”
