I am so Glad I got out of a Toxic Environment Miller's BATEMANS BAY. They Can't keep staff keep cutting YOUR hours & DON'T Pay on time. Another Manageress drove from Nowra each day and was Not paid. She walked out.

“PLEASE DONT BUY FROM MILLER ONLINE.
I bought an air fryer online at the end of January 2022. In November same year started to have problems and not working properly. I filed a warranty claim through to Millers online form on the 15th of December without receiving any acknowledge receipt. I re-submitted the claim on the 19th of December again with no acknowledge on their behalf. I ended up calling the customer service which like many other company is sourced in Philippines. I already knew this would have been an ordeal and a battle just for a simple claim. In fact it was, after providing pictures of the item and serial number, a video of the faults and numerous back and forth emails they managed to send a replacement item in February. The item they sent was an other faulty item which didn’t turn on at all. I contacted millers again and re-sent pictures, videos and serial number of the new faulty item. Initially they said they would have sent a replacement item but then stated that because my warranty was expired they couldn’t. I stated the fact that the warranty wasn’t fulfilled at all because they sent a faulty item as replacement but they didn’t care. Well, instead of keeping to waste my time and file a complaint with ACCC I’ll leave a one star review on any possible website. They deserved it. Philippinos customer service behave the same in any company, they just work like robots and don’t adapt to situations or take initiative, just useless. Definitely Millers Online wont see a single dollar from me ever again.”
