Have returned an aqua coat which Millets described as not returnable, until I wrote a review. I returned it special delivery for proof. Despite this I still don't have refund. Contacted by email, as can't find phone number. No answer to email 2 weeks later. No refund and now the have my item to resell 🤔🤔😢 thus has been ongoing since Oct. Such bad customer service

Refused to cancel my order despite me getting in touch literally minutes after placing it after I realised my delivery address was wrong. Item now being shipped to a place I no longer live. Will never order again from this company

Very poor service Made order for delivery. 2 items have still not arrived after 11 days and main item cancelled after waiting 10 days for it. Delivery stated 3-5 days

Their delivery partner (Evri) are completely messing me around and lying about attempting delivery on THREE occasions, all of which when I’ve been in all day and no delivery has been attempted! I’ve even got a Ring doorbell so can prove the fact that they haven’t tried.

Ordered Weber bbq but received lazy spa hot tub. Should have kept it cause it was £70 more but I wanted my steak grilled not boiled. Customer service were first class and arranged a pick up and re delivery asap.

If you are lucky enough to receive a box, It will be delivered by DHL, Who will leave it out in the rain for 8 hours at the back of your house, Where you are less likely to see it in December, Put a delivery card from Hermes through your door.

Dreadful service. The whole process for reporting items missing in a delivery has barely concealed threats that strongly suggest they think you are lying. Will never, ever use again.
