I have now changed my review to 3 stars for the following reason: Product now delivered and happy with merchandise. For anyone using Millets, the best way to hurry things along is keep using the email address for complaints etc, and not the automated assistant “Becky”. Detail on all emails that you wish to cancel your order and demand a full refund unless they sort it out. It worked for me. Thanks for listening, Millets!

After verification & validation of myself and goods I received my order and was assured that if it didn't fit I could return the goods to the store in Uckfield where I would receive a full refund.
