Shocking customer service, 1 hour to get thru to speak to someone , awful will not use Millets again for this reason

I never got my online order (shipped next-day delivery to a B&B). The delivery service was Evri and they emailed me saying they tried to deliver during the business day but were unable (why? It's a business that was open and expecting the package). Millets customer service said they would ensure the items were delivered, but it never happened.

Purchased a Garmin instinct 2 online . Stopped working 3 months in . Sent watch back with proof of delivery. But no reply from millet's warehouse . Disgusting customer service . AVOID . Thieves that now have my property. Unless of course a miracle happens and they refund me 🤣

Incompetent customer service staff! GDPR complaint still ongoing with not one member of staff willing to look into this! Now been two months and they've stopped responding to emails. Very dissatisfied. Be wary!

Have returned an aqua coat which Millets described as not returnable, until I wrote a review. I returned it special delivery for proof. Despite this I still don't have refund. Contacted by email, as can't find phone number. No answer to email 2 weeks later. No refund and now the have my item to resell 🤔🤔😢 thus has been ongoing since Oct. Such bad customer service
