“So shocked and disappointed as have spent hundreds on ordering from Millies down through the years and have been a good customer. Ordered image mineral spf. When it came the lid was smashed. As with all mineral make up it needs to be stored correctly. Contacted Millies immediately explaining what happened. They weren't in a rush getting back to me and just said they would try and source another lid. I explained we were going away the Friday and would want it by then for storage purposes. Lid came while we were away. Came back the Monday to the box flung in our garden. When I opened it and took out the lid it was too small. So, at this point I was fuming and emailed asking them to pick the make-up and refund me. Subsequently spoke with Maxine who disputed the wrong lid was sent and practically said I was lying then said they wouldn't take it back as it was used. So, I am stuck with mineral make up that cost 85 euros and has had no lid on it for over a week which has spoilt the product. They are absolutely disgusting
Edited to add Maxine contacted me and said she had booked DPD to pick up the faulty item today Wednesday July 11th. I waited in all day and never came. They are absolute gangsters and loars. AVOID AVOID AVOID
