I am just now installing the wallpaper I bought several months ago (part of a house renovation). Product is top quality and delivery, considering it was from the other side of the world, excellent. However I have asked for my VAT to be returned and have had no contact from customer services. I live in Guernsey and we are not subject to VAT.
