“I really wanted to love this bra and if the sizing was correct I would have loved it. I purchased based on my bra size and what the website instructed, but my boobs just pour over the top. I reached out to return and they wouldn't let me so I gave up on this brand. I think being an online-only bra brand there needs to be more flexibility on easy returns, exchanges etc. When I find something I love I buy buy buy and I spread the word to all my friends. Feels like a missed opportunity on Mindd's end.”

“I really wanted to love these bras but after wearing them for several weeks, I don’t think I would recommend them or purchase again. Truthfully, had I paid full price they would have been returned. The support is lacking and my biggest complaint is the shoulder straps sliding off my shoulders no matter how much I tighten them. Perhaps it’s just a weird fit for my body.”

“Shipped with USPS and delivery was a complete mess but if no fault of Mindd. Customer service was super helpful resolving the issue.
I ordered the size based on the chart. Bra was too small. Digs into shoulders and underarms. Smooched my boobs instead of lifting. I had high hopes but was disappointed. Thankfully I purchased during a sale.”

“I love MINDD bras. I am difficult to fit, at 34J, and I’m done with underwire. For sensory reasons I prefer a pullover bra to a traditional clasp. I’ve tried so many different brands and styles in the last few years, and recently returned to MINDD and bought 3 more. They’re as close as I’ve ever been to feeling like I’m not wearing a bra and the customer service is outstanding. Always responsive and helpful!”
