“Disappointed. I was an early customer of MINDD and had high hopes. The band stitching on the bras in one of my first orders came apart, and the founder sent replacements with an apology. I was fine with it, bc I am a startup person and know how hard the early days can be, and the stitching on the replacements stayed intact. I ordered again recently and received only part of my order, weeks late, with a note saying they “noticed” a bra was mis-marked but there was no apology for their inventory mistake or the delay. Ok fine, still willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but then the band stitching came apart on the two new bras after the first wearing and handwashing. Sorry MINDD, you lost me.”
“The items that came didn't fit as promised, and the one item I kept immediately began to fall apart. The return process was also terrible as I indiciated an item I would return, support said that was fine, then when they received it they told me I couldn't return it and instead gave me store credit. I don't want store credit for a store I never want to order from again — I want my money back to buy products that actually work. So upset.”
“Very disappointed. Either sizing is off or wrong size has been shipped. Ordered 2 styles. 1 is ok bur not enough support. The other 1, first size shipped was huge. The next shipment was wrong again. Wrong bra and was tiny!! Couldn't get it on. It took approximately a month to get communication about the first order. Not even wasting my time with 2nd wrong shipment. I give anyone a chance to correct a mistake but not repeatedly!! Do NOT RECOMMEND”
