They are compression websites. They take take the payment from customer. Forward the booking to taxi company. After the booking is complete, we as a company have to beg them for months and months but they don't pay us. They owe us £7000+ . My drivers are not willing to work because they are not receiving the money for the jobs they completed months ago.

The Minicab I booked did not turn up and fortunately I rang the company to confirm the car registration n name of driver who is picking me up, that I was told the driver cancelled. Had I have rung I would have missed my flight. This is very unreasonable n unreliable. I would avoid this company in future and shall my friends n relatives not to use such unreliable company. I was told it will take three working days to have my refund but I will have to wait and see.

Horrible experience, never ever use Minicabit, they are fraud company, they take the payment but don’t give to taxi drivers. They not even based in UK

We worked for minicabit as a service provider. The customer service is appalling, impossible to speak to anyone, emails totally ignored, payments not recieved for work completed. Best to totally avoid them, there are many other (much better) providers

I completed job for minicabit on 15 April still not been paid this company is scamming people avoid I will taking legal action against these scammer

This company is a big scam.they are a taxi broker, they charge the customers but they never paid the drivers. I worked with them but I still have not paid from September 2023. Many emails sent and phone calls but nothing happened. I found out that its not only me, many other drivers didn't get paid for their jobs..... Drivers and customers please avoid this company.

The Taxi that showed up did not have sufficient space in spite of the needs being clearly marked in the booking request (which they acknowledged). After over 40 mins of ‘online chat’ (as they don’t answer their phones, if you can even find a number), they still had not made any arrangement for a new car. Eventually I had to take another taxi - they have not reimbursed me for this cost and ignore my emails.

Do not use this. The taxi did not turn up leaving us stranded, no proper contact details were provided, communication has been very poor and so far no refund despite asking.

We booked and pre-paid for a return journey to a fairly remote country location south of Bristol 3 weeks in advance. We were picked on time but told by the driver that it would be a different driver picking us up as he’d been assigned a more lucrative trip from which he wouldn’t return in time to pick us up. He assured us that our return trip would still be honoured (Paul’s private hire). We contacted minicabit an hour before our pick up time only to be informed that they had no drivers available. Their only response was we apologise. We were left stranded in the middle of nowhere at 11pm at night.

Booked 2 days in advance for 7:30am. After several frustrating phone calls, driver shows up 45 minutes late with the in explanation was heavy traffic. There is always heavy traffic in London! This should have been considered by him in the first place! No customer service was provided other than a minimal discount of less than 10 dollars (10pounds) on a future booking! Knowing we would not be returning to the UK anytime I the future, this was slap in the face! Do not recommend this company! Very very poor service!

Awful company. I booked a taxi for 4 people and two large suitcases. Taxi arrived 20 minutes late and an extraordinary half out of it, taxi driver turned up. No apology. Then driver complained said we had too much stuff. When we got to car (which was a standard sized 5 seater estate car) and had plenty of room for our stuff, driver said no one is allowed to sit in the front as it had her stuff in which (which was very suspiciously covered up with her jacket!) and said all 4 passengers must sit in the back of the car with children on our laps!!! You couldn’t make it up. A large argument ensued as it was illegal what she was trying to make us do plus we had booked for 4 people. We went to leave as there was no way we’re going to illegally squeeze 4 people in the back of taxi and I went to take some of stuff out of the front seat and the female taxi driver hit me on the arm in a fit of rage!! Awful company and do not use.

Received confirmation that the taxi would arrive at 08.30, didn’t arrive, was on the phone 3 times and on the 3rd time the operator informed us that they had cancelled, now after a week still trying to get our refund, terrible service

Warning🔥🔥 under no circumstances use this taxi service🔥🔥 my sister booked and pre paid to be picked up and brought back at certain times to my nephews wedding and both journeys were missed because they chose to sent the outward journey a hour earlier and the return journey was nowhere to be seen us having to pay again costing in total £188 absolutely disgraceful 😡😡😡😡😡

AVOID MINICABIT AND KENSINGTON CARS EVEN IF IT IS FOR FREE Most hopeless service by Kensington Cars and Minicabit. I booked through Minicabit and reservation number is 1847697923-9421 and driver name Ahmed Abdi Guled Licence number 8827650801. Journey from Heathrow to postcode E161 He is a very dangerous driver. All the time he was busy on video call and zero attention on road. Journey time was approximately 1 hour 20 minutes but he was taking narrow lanes and different roads to avoid some toll and took 2 ½ hours to reach my destination. My son was too scared. I will definitely file a police complaint against MiniCabit and Kensington Cars. You have no right to put my son's life in danger.

Do NOT use if you have early flight to… Do NOT use if you have early flight to catch I booked cab. Paid for it. The driver did not turn up! Sometimes things can go wrong. How you rectify, is what good organisation do. Thay failed. I had to pay over the odds for alternative transport and nearly missed my flight. The stress was unbelievable for the failure of Minicabit. They failed to pay alternative transport or assurance that in future this will not happen in future. What I got is sorry our driver did not turn up. We will refund money. Is this good enough excuse! No compensation for extra expense of alternative transportation, due to their failure let alone for stress. Don’t even we will investigate why our driver did not come, and make sure this doesn’t happened again. Booking reference: 839371175-2257

A truly dreadful dreadful company. I booked a taxi and got 2 emails confirming but unknown to me the taxi company had cancelled the booking. I ended up having to wait 2 hours (to 1am!) to get another taxi as everywhere was booked that night as the killers were playing. I’m now in the process of complaining to try and get the £60 I paid back. After exchanging a few messages on the live chat I got told that the live chat is just for upcoming bookings (so why not say that at first!) and now I have to go through some email. You can’t speak to anyone. This really is a truly terrible company and avoid at all costs. What is the point of a taxi service if you don’t get told when your taxi has been cancelled and the complaints process is very poor too.

Absolute disgrace, company they booked for us left a us alone in London in the middle of the night and just told her to "take it up with minicabit" despite paying for up front and prebooking. Have not heard a thing from minicabit on refund or the attitude of the company britania airport cars Disgusting service avoid at costs
