Packaging has improved to a very nice proposition including a handwritten note. These guys are clearly making good moves and considering the customer experience which is as important as the product for me. The whole experience from browsing the site to receiving my order is almost perfect…. Please start selling laptop cases!! Then it will be perfect.

The Apple watch strap is expensive (essentially £100), which would be ok if the quality was there, but it isn't. It's all a bit "plasticky" and nowhere near what you'd expect at that premium price. I tried to return it, I didn't even put it on my watch, but was told I couldn't as it was a "made to order" item. A totally ridiculous statement, as it is made up of two stock parts, and could easily be re-sold. It even had a tag that implied it could be returned. I think it's essentially a scam. They know a lot of people will not be happy with the quality, and that people expect an item bought online, where you have not seen it live, could be returned but they try and prevent that possibility by incorrect use of the term bespoke/custom made etc with stuff buried in the T&Cs. Their replies to emails are template, crudely prewritten, statements, quoting (out of context) consumer law, so they are expecting to have to deal with these complaints, as well as showing a total lack of value in their customers. Their position is totally without base and can be pursued, which is what I am doing, both with trading standards and the ASA. Avoid this cynical company!!!”

“Fantastic support and effortless exchange of my Apple band.
I ordered the incorrect band and they switched it within 2 days for me.
My advice is if you’re unsure don’t cut the swing tag off and try it before attempting to send back. They’re well within their rights to say no.”
“This company has terrible customer service and business practice. Their straps are cheap, which you only realise after opening the package and wearing the strap for a day or two - at which point you are no longer eligible for a refund because you opened the packaging!”
