“item took well over a month to arrive, terrible customer service. once item arrived it looked nothing like what i ordered. finally heard back from customer service offering a 30% refund within 36hours. over 100hours and counting later. still no refund and no further communication. absolutely awful from start to finish”
“Absolute awful experience, avoid! I ordered a wall art decoration that seemed really nice, and made sure to order via PayPal so can qualify for return if not satisfied with my order. Sure enough, the order arrived and it was of very poor quality. I asked to return the item and get a refund, but although my request was acknowledged they never responded with return instructions despite a commitment to respond within 48 hours. I chased them up a number of times but they are still not responding. Do not believe the reviews in their website...they most likely are purging any honest reviews.”
