I contacted minuenta to let them know that the delivery driver had shoved the parcel in to my letter box causing it to be damaged, suggesting to them they put it in a do not bend envelope or box for some constructive feedback. They really appreciated this positive feedback. Wow what can I say about the quick response, I emailed at 5:00pm on Friday and even got a response by 8:00pm that evening! They were so apologetic and sent out a replacement item and an sorry for your inconvenience item as well! I received receipt that this has been processed and had been paid for 24 hour track delivery by 10:00pm the same night! Absolutely brilliant and faultless customer service!
