“Ordered dry markers on 10th June. Delivered by courier on 16th. After ordering and following tracking I saw last date for delivery 15th. Not good enough. Ordered them to use at the weekend. Next time just put them in the post. They do a great service. Grandchild extremely disappointed as was I. Shan’t bother with you again.”
We are sorry to hear of the poor service you have received from the courier, this is simply not acceptable however outside of our control especially during the current Covid issues. We have assessed all options regarding couriers and have moved all deliveries to Royal Mail as our preferred choice for all orders.
