These parties caused thousands of pounds worth of damage and were a massive cause of stress for me and my lovely elderly neighbours. “Prior to installing the Minut we were having an issue with guests throwing parties at our property, creating lots of noise and issues with over occupancy, resulting in unhappy neighbours and damage to our property. Since installing we have had no such issues. We explain that this system is in place in the property description and we include this information in the booking confirmation email. It has completely deterred any anti-social guest behaviour. The system itself works well, you have a good indication of activity and noise at the property and it is really easy to install, but for us the biggest plus point is just the deterrent it provides. For the cost it is great, it has already paid for itself. It also avoids the privacy issues you can run into with video doorbells etc.”
