“Signed up as better solution, However was mislead/misrepresented during the sign up process on the services provided. This was suppose to be a viable solution that would take over services from NorthWest. However, only to find out the main service I needed (termites) was not covered in the fine print and never stated during the sign up process. Current I now have two pest services since they refused to cancel the contract without a $300 cancellation fee and paid a second sign up process for NorthWest. I'm now taking this one on the chin and paying for two services to complete the contact and my insurance obligations. However I hope no one else uses this service as a comprehensive solution for GA pests. A painful lesson which I will never make again and I hope no one else had to experience paying for two services to get one problem solved.”
