“This company is terrible! I was canceling the products a few days before it scheduled for shipping. No one responded to my multiple emails requesting. They waited until they shipped and Replied back to me nothing they could do because it was on the way to delivery. It is ridiculous customer service!”
“Received SOFT Salmon! I ordered 3 for the holidays, along with rotten sweet potatoes and shriveled up lemons. There is NO way to contact them! You can only send a message and get a lame "someone will get back to you eventually" type message. I want a refund and am super angry with their lack of customer service once they have your money. The excess packaging is RIDICULOUS as well, hardly helpful to the environment, in fact, they should be ashamed with the amount of waste to keep the stuff frozen, and it STILL arrives half frozen.”
