“Shipping and delivery time was great! however, the quality of the top i ordered was not good at all considering it was 28 pound. it was see-through and looked like something you would expect from primark. I am now currently returning the item.”

“Was very disappointed with the lack of communication! Bought two outfits that were still in stock off the website. Shipping details were meant to be provided after 1/2 days and I didn’t get anything for four days . On the fourth day i finally got some shipping details but was then disappointed to see they’d cancelled one part of my order due to it being out of stock. The outfit that did turn up was cute but just upset with the communication.”

“I was sent the wrong item. Customer service was excellent offering to re-send correct item. Unfortunately too late. Disappointed I spent £15 on postage (next day delivery + return) on the wrong item being sent, money just lost. Disappointed with this, however they were very helpful in trying to get correct item to me.”
