“This is my first and last time ordering. I sent email complain, but don’t think they’ll have any reply nor solution.
And I will tell my experience to all my friends, and post on social media also.
Today the package arrived. The courier UPS delivered it to me, but I was very angry about how I was treated and want to file a complain.
1.The driver did not wear mask nor gloves and did not keep social distance from me, I tried to keep social distance but because he wanted to charge €80 custom charge from me.
2. I was not told that I have the option to reject the package. I was frightened by the driver and just wanted to end it as soon as possible, so handed over my debit card for payment.
3. After I paid the amount, considering what I paid, I just don’t want those cloths anymore. So I rejected the package. The driver said there is no need to do so because it will still be marked as delivered.
I will never order again. So disappointed”
“I ordered a top that was listed as O/S (One Size). In the actual measurements description is says “One size for Uk 8-10”!! That is not One Size (I.e. One Size fits all or Most) That is called a Size SMALL. Top was listed as stretch, there was almost NO stretch and the Bust was 81 cm. Or 31 inches! Smaller than most Smalls, with Very little stretch. Customer Service was a joke. Automated reply, basically saying too bad you didn’t like it. Pay for international shipping back to us and we will refund. I will NEVER order from this company again. And I suggest if you are any size larger than a Junior or XS/Small you not waist your energy on this extremely size exclusive company.”
“Price point to quality is amazing. Items are well made. Much better than most competitors. Also there was a discrepancy in my order and they took care of it right away. Customer service was very kind, very human.”
