“I would like to give all of these 5 stars to Vanessa, for her brilliant customer service, help and support throughout my shopping trip to the missselfridge.store in Northampton. It's not all the time that you find people passionate about what they are doing and when we do meet characters such as Vanessa (I think she quite young, but still understands the communication in the relation with the client) it's a pleasure to shop and why not express the aftertaste of the shopping experience.”

“I ordered a jacket recently and must admit it’s one of the more difficult things to get the right fit. It turned up promptly and beautifully packed and although it was a lovely jacket it looked so wrong on me. I packed it up and returned free postage through the Post Office - simple! My refund was back in my account within 48 hours. Excellent service will shop with them again.”
