Sent a pair of shoes back weeks ago still no refund after 5 weeks, no reply via numerous emails and messages sent, no answer on phone either! Absolutely appalling service!

Shoes were very hard and high. I have returned them but have not yet received the refund!

The wrong shoes were sent. In fact, someone else's order was sent to me including their invoice with personal details. I assume my order and invoice were also sent to someone else. The customer service I have received since has been nothing short of useless - days to respond and then a stock answer that didn't fully address the issue. Still waiting for another reaponse...

They look great,but they are so uncomfortable,I only tried them for one minute and my foot was in pain,even if I usually wear high heels,tried to return them and I already lost half an hour from my life and still couldn't return them

Very poor service, I have not received my order and neither an answer from customer service, no refund, nothing at all!! What should I do now? Lose the money and that´s it??

Very bad never order ever again order for next day delivery & never received my item and emailed over and over again no respond avoid at all cost

Hello Hellen, I can see that our customer service team responded to your emails just a few minutes after we received them, and we have opened an investigation with DPD in regards to your parcel. I apologise that your delivery experience was not the best, but as your parcel has been marked as delivered with a proof of delivery we have to wait for DPD to confirm GPS coordinates before we can issue a refund or offer you a replacement. Took forever to be dispatched to the courier and when they arrived they were damaged in three places also sizing is off I'm a 3 and the shoes fit like a size 5.. waste of time

I never received the order. It is returned back to the sender. I had wrote to the customer service and I am still waiting for response for refund. No response heard yet. No customer care number available to be contacted by phone.
