I can see that our customer service team responded to your emails just a few minutes after we received them, and we have opened an investigation with DPD in regards to your parcel.
I apologise that your delivery experience was not the best, but as your parcel has been marked as delivered with a proof of delivery we have to wait for DPD to confirm GPS coordinates before we can issue a refund or offer you a replacement.
