I ordered two dresses, one was suitable the other wasn't so I followed the return instructions sending recorded delivery. After not hearing anything back I contacted customer service, they replied and asked for proof of return, I sent this back and then they asked for the order number which I had already sent, after sending both pieces of information back they are now ignoring my emails.

This is the worst online company I’ve ever dealt with I ordered £77 worth of items at the beginning of may I returned all items as the quality is shocking and Looks nothing like on the website 18 th may I returned them recorded delivery and since then I’ve sent over 30 emails Order details and tracking reference no And still no refund and there response is We are busy and just keep asking for the same order details Disgusting customer service no chat line ever open No phone no to speak to someone I’m disgusted that they can keep your money and treat customers like this

This is an awful company to deal with I ordered a jumpsuit from them when it arrived the suit and the belt were two different colour which was their negligence contacted them told me to return it which I did I put delivery docket inside return parcel they are saying they have no record of me purchasing it or returning it I sent them pics of suit plus proof of return postage but the day I need to go through my card provider to claim my own money back technically they have stolen from me because they have kept my suit that I paid for stay away from them shower of thieving scumbags I'm going to contact the Media they have stolen from a pensioner

Awful!!! Avoid !! Paid 5pound delivery to send item back, still waiting for the refund nearly 3weeks since they received the package!!!!

Ordered dress 10 days ago, paid for next day delivery and still haven't received it!! Sent emails and Facebook messages but no reply. Awful awful customer service. AVOID

Orders 4 dresses the beginning of May. When package arrived it contained just two dresses the same dress in different sizes. The delivery/invoice showed the other two dresses were refunded. I sent one dress back and so expected a refund of £87 countless emails and Facebook messages and keep being asked same questions and still no refund. They refuse to give a telephone number also AVOID!!!!

Refund takes forever to process, paid for tracked delivery, aware that they have received it and are doing anything they can to avoid giving me my money back. Will definitely not buy from here again, wish I’d read the reviews sooner.

Do not buy from Missfiga! I'm having the most awful experience with them. I ordered a dress back in December and paid extra for next day delivery, the dress never turned up! I've sent them many emails and raised and even sent an official complaint, they have done everything to avoid giving me a refund and are now ignoring my emails! Honestly this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

AD TO RETURN THE GOOD WHICH I WANTED FOR CHRISTMAS THEY ARRIVED END OF JANUARY, I SENT THEM AS REQUESTED RECORDED DELIVERY, HAVE PROOF YOU RECEIVED THEM, THEN YOU SAID ON 1 FEB 2022, TE MONIES WOULD BE IN MY BANK WITHIN 10 DAYS, AND NOTHING,NOW LIKE THE REST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU ARE CONVIENIENTLY NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS, WELL YOU TTOOK THE MONIES YOU SHOULD REFUND IT, I AM REPORTING YOU TO TRADING STANDARDS,IT IS ILLEGAL WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

Avoid this company! To cut a long story short I sent back 4 dresses to the tune of £116 at the start of November 2021, which Missfiga have received, still no refund despite many many e-mails and a recorded delivery letter from me. They have stole £116 off me, PayPal refused my case twice and now going to national fraud on their advice. Not hopeful. DO NOT USE Missfiga.
