“ In these cases, when an order is late and the tracking doesn't update for a number of days, we do ask that you allow 11 days from the guaranteed delivery date of your order (18th Oct) for your parcel to be delivered to you. ”

“ Still not had refund (today 21/9). Recorded delivery sent 27/8 and signed by them 28/8. Absolute joke don't reply to emails had to make a claim through PayPal. Miss pap have no sence of urgency. Give timescales and never meet them. Will never purchase anything through them again. Changing company hands or not, no excuse for a refund nearly taking a month. Lies after lies ”
