“A bit late with the review, but I wanted to use the product for some time first. First off, the customer service was outstanding. They were very quick to respond when I needed to add additional items to the order shortly after it was placed. They were very accommodating and provided me immediately with the updated price and invoice. There was some kind of mix-up with the shipping company (not misteroplympia's fault) when I watched the tracking, so I notified misterolympia. They were still able to get the shipment to me very quickly after the re-routing. IT would have arrived in 1 business day if the postal service didn't have the mix up, but instead it took just a couple extra days. That's quite impressive. I will definitely be a return customer when I am ready for another order.”
