“I'm in the States, and I've ordered from both Europe and the USA. the gear is good - but shipping times aren't right. you will get your order in a week on the West Coast from the local shop. and it takes about a month from Europe. other than that; everything is very good - including the excellent customer service.”

You received the package within a week, because you picked up the package few days later from the moment it reached your postal office. Regarding orders from Europe, we regret to inform you that a previous shipment experienced delays, resulting in a later delivery than initially anticipated. We acknowledge the inconvenience caused. However, we would like you to know that your current order is currently out for delivery, so you're going to receive it today, which means the shipping took 20 - 21 days. This timeframe is notably shorter than the month you mentioned. Anyway, we recognize the significance of timely delivery and are actively working to enhance our shipping processes to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
