“I ordered an item which I thought was something else. I am sure it was my fault, but was dissappointed when I received the items. I let customer service know, and was told that next time I can ask for their help when ordereing. I apprceaited the reply, but was a surprised they did not go more into detail to see if there was something that could be done to "correct" the order.”
