“I’ve mixed and mastered my own songs for decades but I’ve always felt there was some polish that I was missing. Matty has provided that polish to my songs to give them extra life and brilliance. He has an excellent way of balancing analog methods alongside modern equipment and emerging AI based technologies. His pricing, communication and turnaround times are very good, which adds to the value you will receive. He is also very versatile. As an example, he mixed my last rock album plus my son’s EDM song and now he will be mixing and mastering my solo acoustic album. I can’t wait to hear my new stuff through his ears.”

“I normally go through the mix and master process myself, and the struggle of hearing your song in your head the way it "should" be versus how it "actually" sounds after I mixed and mastered my songs was what lead me to Matty. I provided him with "What I want it to sound like", despite my limited studio equipment and rough vocals. Matty was able to achieve exactly what I was looking for! He even helped me export the stems correctly, as I have never done that before. Great service and experience, I highly recommend Matty and will be back for my next album. If anyone wants to hear the end result my artist name is Woke Up Down and the album he mixed and master is "Simple Songs for Complex Times", you can compare this to my previous mixes.”
