“quite often you do not send all the items which have been ordered but you still charge the full amount, its not until i check the order and contact you you send refund. Also saab key MK4863 simply doesn't programme when i used an original saab key it successfully programmed to the same vehicle, i sent you an email about this and i got no reply and not refund. i am quite a new customer and as you can see im spending quite a lot of money with you so please appreciate my custom more. peter 007 car keys”
