“The key, even though used, is actually like new! (It's definitely never been used). I haven't tried programming it yet because the technician is on vacation. I hope that, as promised when I purchased it, the key has been factory reset so I can reprogram it with the Hyundai tool. Shipping via DHL was very fast, and the customer service was excellent. The only downsides are the shipping costs: the key cost about €36, plus about €29 for shipping (really too much for such a small item) and the customs fees DHL charged, which were truly enormous: €20 (it's probably better to use UPS, which should be cheaper), plus €5 in taxes. From the €36 price of the key, I spent a total of over €93!”
