I am sorry to say that this unit is not working for my customer vehicleI, I don't know if something wrong I did, try quite a few times and was not able to get the car to start or even read a display, if there's anything that I may have missed I would appreciate you to share with me ,and also the picture that came with it I follow through with it and still not thinking, and also I do have a question the vehicle that I'm working with is a LR2 SE and not a Freelander does it make a difference THANK YOU

Качество плохое. Садит Can шину, помогает отключение питания. Пластик отвратительный. Провода отпали, пришлось паять.

I ordered the new version of the AK90, the AK90+ll but received the old original one, which I already have. Also, the chip reader is not working at all, tried everything and no luck getting it to work, so I used the chip reader from my old AK90 and it worked immediately. If you order this and expect the new version you will be disappointed. For £30 though it’s not really an issue, you get what you pay for.

I received product it’s not even been label there is almost 10 cables only 3 piece been label should get better organized I was surprise 😡

While delivery was in good time, their response to me wanting a refund as the item was not needed anymore was non existent. So as communicating with a customer is not a necessity to you I will not be using again.

Ordered a remote from this website,first time using it. Assumed this would include the blade and didn't see anything on the site to say it wouldn't yet it turns up with no blade.Now costing double to get what I wanted in the first place.Should be spelt out clearer on the website "does not include key blade"

I sent several emails, stating that I have not received my order. I never received a response, so I had to place a second order and pay again. I received the second order, but I want to reimbursed for the first order. What steps can be taken to file a claim with DHL?

this time my review won't be so good like others, it's the second time that when i place orders in my chart i try to put as much as more items to amortize ship expenses. but only after i paid, i receive a partial refund bcz 1 or more items are out of stock... in this way the shipment cost isn't so much cheap. i think it would be better to clearly write before i proceed to the shopping if an item is out of stock before i place the order.

the phone number for billing address is shown to be the postal code when saved. my address was also sent to dhl incorrectly the last time i ordered from this website.
