“From a professional point of view the whole process and experience is rather poor. On many occasions I was asking to have my parcels secure inside( I usually order 80+emulators) they did it once and after that it was ignored. Emulators are sensitive to electronic devices and if you throw a parcel like couriers do- it will damage some of them. There is no bubble wrap protection inside the parcel. Because of that I've had several emulators not working at all. I have to deal with unhappy customers. Another thing is that your representative should.remeber these things. The parcel I have received yesterday has what it looks like damaged and scratched emulators. It looks like someone's return. I've spent thousands of dollars with you so far and thinking of moving to another supplier. Also there is no help whatsoever when it comes to technical data. A lot of your emulators doesn't have any instruction manual and when asked for help I was assured that they will get back to me or I was simply ignored. I would order more emulators if data was available. Also a huge issue is your compatibility list. You advertise that is compatible with certain models when I know it is not. You don't specify which exact years and models it is compatible with? When asked for help I would never hmget the stright answer or willingness to help. Its rather poor, frustrating and unprofessional.”

“i had to make the purchase twice throught paypal and the sistem made me the charge on my credit card buth never recieved the notification of the purchase of paypal or mk3 and then i made the purchases directed with the same credit card on the mk3 webpage the purchases was already made, i waiting of the sistem eliminate the two charges throught paypal the wont worked.”

La nostra politica sul sito Web afferma chiaramente che le spese doganali e le questioni di gestione sono sotto la responsabilità dell'acquirente, in particolare che la spedizione è stata inviata al di fuori dell'Unione Europea. Quindi non abbiamo alcuna relazione con la tassa che viene riscossa dalla dogana del tuo paese. Per ulteriore assistenza, puoi contattare la dogana italiana.

“I ordered the new version of the AK90, the AK90+ll but received the old original one, which I already have. Also, the chip reader is not working at all, tried everything and no luck getting it to work, so I used the chip reader from my old AK90 and it worked immediately. If you order this and expect the new version you will be disappointed. For £30 though it’s not really an issue, you get what you pay for.”
