“From a professional point of view the whole process and experience is rather poor. On many occasions I was asking to have my parcels secure inside( I usually order 80+emulators) they did it once and after that it was ignored. Emulators are sensitive to electronic devices and if you throw a parcel like couriers do- it will damage some of them. There is no bubble wrap protection inside the parcel. Because of that I've had several emulators not working at all. I have to deal with unhappy customers. Another thing is that your representative should.remeber these things. The parcel I have received yesterday has what it looks like damaged and scratched emulators. It looks like someone's return. I've spent thousands of dollars with you so far and thinking of moving to another supplier. Also there is no help whatsoever when it comes to technical data. A lot of your emulators doesn't have any instruction manual and when asked for help I was assured that they will get back to me or I was simply ignored. I would order more emulators if data was available. Also a huge issue is your compatibility list. You advertise that is compatible with certain models when I know it is not. You don't specify which exact years and models it is compatible with? When asked for help I would never hmget the stright answer or willingness to help. Its rather poor, frustrating and unprofessional.”
