“I bought and paid for 10000 dice. I was in contact with their live chat, who told me they needed me to accept two factor authentication to log into my Facebook and give them a code to reset my password. I was already apprehensive about the entire transaction by this point, but did it anyway.
The live chat support named "Peggy" told me they were now in my account and I would have my dice in 2 hours, and that I would receive an email confirming once they were done. 2.5 hours had passed and no email arrived, so I messaged live chat and it was "Peggy" again. I was told my order cannot be completed right now because I did not have 50 dice in my account , and if I want my dice in their guaranteed 2 hour delivery time, I need to open my app and get more dice. -- I asked why they did not tell me this when they said they successfully accessed my account and told me it would take 2 hours to finish.
Instead, I had to reach out after the "guaranteed" 2 hour delivery time and was told my order couldn't be completed in the time and I had to source more dice? Why did they not tell me this 2.5 hours ago when they entered the account and told me the 2 hour estimate? Also, it does not state anywhere on their website this is a requirement which must be fulfilled.
I'm not saying it isn't a thing, because I am aware other services will notify you or let you know ahead of time they need some dice at a baseline in the account. However, this company did not tell me and instead held my order for over 2 hours, and waited for me to reach out first to tell me it wasn't able to be fulfilled. They DO tell you to not enter your app during the process, but "Peggy" told me to open my app and get 50 dice. They did not even start the process during that entire 2.5 hours despite the 2 hour guarantee, and also did not notify me of it. Now they are claiming if I get 50 dice, I will have the dice I purchased in 1 hour.
The entire process has been shady and the sheer lack of transparency, honesty, and communication is makes it even less reassuring giving away passwords to your private accounts to a company who operates shadily.”
