“Be warned! Zero communication (people don't respond to emails, hang up on you), huge delays, constant change of delivery dates (no explanation). I've ordered a corner sofa (comes in two parts) and after over month delay they have delivered the same two left hand side parts of the sofa!!!. Now waiting for them to sort it out. Staff in the store are clueless. Absolutely terrible experience so think twice before you use this company.”
“One star review is too good. Do not use this site. Avoid at all costs. Absolute rip off merchants and the wardrobe supplied is an utter disgrace. Half the screws are missing, pre drilled holes missing and when you try screw anything into the wood it crumbles away. Tried escalating issue via customer service and been ignored numerous times. The website all of a sudden has stopped selling items, I’m guessing due to the amount of complaints. So still,13 weeks later,I’ve still no wardrobes and I’m massively out of pocket. Joke of a company”
“This is a fantastic sectional for a fantastic price! It was very easy to put together, and it is great for me, just spreading out solo, adding it to the corner, part to snuggle the partner, or changing positions to watch TV with my pets. I love the cupholder option, and, it is perfectly firm and comfortable. This doesn’t feel like it’s on a budget, which is awesome. Also, I’m not sure why the charcoal color was the one that was on sale because it looks wonderful! I would easily recommend this to anybody!”

I returned the item on 2nd March 2024 and was told that I would receive my money back in 14 working days, but after they emailed me saying that it was an error and the payment would be given to me in 30 days.
I still have not received my money back!!! And no response has been given about when the money will be transferred to my bank account!”
“They claim to offer a 30-day money back guarantee if there is a problem. But then they pretend they didn't get the message or that it's too late. A message was sent the next day and then they pretend they don't have it. At the end, they will tell you that the 30-day period has passed. They don't answer the phone and they charge a minimum of £150 to return the goods. They claim that they have a sales department, after-sales service, etc. that is busy, but there is only one person at the end of the line - a sole proprietorship. They don't answer the phone, they are difficult to reach, they behave rudely and are rude. If you buy from them, they are ok, but if there is a problem, they will tell you to go away. They are scammers and scammers. I reported them to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice and Anti-Fraud. I will participate in a legal auction against their company”
“AVOID !!!! This is the worst company we have ever dealt with! Shopping here is the most stressful we have ever had in our lives. They sent us the wrong wardrobe as ordered. After 2 months, they exchanged it for a correct order for which they expected an additional payment. And we weren't the ones who made a mistake. The quality is hopeless. After a month it's already falling apart. I recommend avoiding it at all costs.”

However, I was pleased to find that one was included, and it was obvious. While it does take some time to install, it's worth the effort. Considering its price, you will surely be happy with it. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the manufacturers for listening to their customers and adding the instruction booklet.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!. Once you buy it, you are nothing. The quality of these products are disgusting. I could go on here all day about what we just experienced. The wardrobe we bought was terrible. Damaged, the panels were different shades of gray and everything was dirty. When I contacted them, they said that once you open the boxes, you can't return them. How can I see what's inside without opening the boxes?

After unpacking the wardrobe, there are lots of chips and scratches on the wood, and the glue is peeling off in some places. The slides don't line up so the drawers don't open properly and the doors don't close!”
