“Product was damaged severely upon arrival. I would have been happy to pay for delivery if it meant coming in one piece!
No response from customer service in the 5 days since I wrote to them asking for reimbursement.”

Placed order, you don’t hear from anyone with any updates. You call them, they make you feel like your not meant to ask questions and want you to do all the work when your the client. I do not have my order or a sufficent update so have cancelledy order. I expect a refund in full. Do not use this company.”
“The worst customer service ever. We ordered a wardrobe advertised as in stock and are still waiting 10 weeks later. When we call, we are told they are waiting for a reply from their ‘depot’. The manager has always just left for the day. We are going to try to get a refund, but this process will probably be painful too. Just an awful company and not to be trusted.”
“I would not recommend ordering anything from this place. Currently If you do not like your item or are dissatisfied, most online companies would allow you to send back for free and refund you almost immediately. It is not the case with MN. they will charge to resend your item and would not refund you.

“Dispatched very quickly and thought amazing. However sofa has sat unmoved for over a week now. Estimated delivery was 3-5 days which is why i bought as could have had other sofas if i wanted to wait longer. I needed by tomorrow hence why when ordered i thought great. Hopefully when it ever shows up it will come in handy for me.”

“I still have not received my sofa because the delivery company they use failed to deliver on the agreed date. When I contacted the company, they expect me to wait another 3 working days to see if the product turns up before chasing it up. Do these people realise that if customers don't go to work, they wont be able to buy their goods? Terrible service.
I have since heard from this company who despite it not being my fault that the goods have not been delivered will not allow me to cancel the goods based on the failure of the courier company to deliver on the agreed date. What they have said is they will extract a charge if I cancel the order as it is apparently at the depot and being dispatched again within 3-5 working days. Well why didn't they deliver yesterday as promised? No mention of that point. Beware and stay away from this company because once they have your money they will keep it even if they have failed to deliver on the specified date.”
“Very poor quality item which broke during construction. I have contacted the company who have offered me a £10 discount (on a £600 piece of furniture) or a replacement part if available. Very disappointed with the quality, especially given the price and want to return, but not given that option.”
“Sofa took 7 weeks to arrive, went past the expected delivery date by over a week. Delivery attempted at wrong time slot, chose a slot id be home at and they tried to deliver 3 hours before hand therefore I missed it, chose a new date and time slot again delivered before my selected time frame. Communication on the phone was close to impossible and no apologies throughout. Would not recommend this company unless you want a headache and a lot of agro”
“If I could put 0 stars I would. This has been the most elaborate drawn out process of return I have ever experienced as a costly price. I urge you never to buy from this company if you are unsure you will not keep your product. It has taken weeks and ££££ and about 20 emails later they have arranged a pick up with a window of a full working day.
Never buy from this company!!!!!!!!”
