A call centre in Africa. Very rude customer service broken, damaged and faulty items. Don’t uphold their end of business policy replacement never got it. It’s a fraud don’t buy from them if you’re happy to receive damaged broken and faulty items the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Money grabbing “B” show caution ⚠️ do not trust them. They need to be reported”
“I ordered a bedside cabinets from here,in both cabinets one of the piece is missing.i requested for a refund or send me the missing pieces but no one got back to me.the messages am getting is we are processing. And it's been 3 weeks.”

“Be very very careful of this place. I have purchased the same item twice now, but have only ever got emails many days after telling me they are out of stock and will refund. You guessed it, no refund, lucky for paypal buyer protection. I think it must be some dodging guy in an empty warehouse taking money online and never delivering. Very bad :(”
“The sofa's on the website are stock photos and what actually arrives is nothing like the picture.
When I challenged them on this they said' they feel it has been accurately described and if I want to return that I would need to pay £200'
When I explained it wasn't as described they changed the description the website, I have a dated screenshot to prove that! Absolute SCAM ARTISTS.”

The setup instructions are completely useless. Parts didn't fit and there are bits left and you wonder were they go!!!
Customer service is also very poor.
I would really want to return the wardrobe.
It's a complete waste of my hard earned money.”
“Absolutely poor service, avoid at all cost, they deducted £150 because the product had been 'dispatched', im not convinced this is a legitimate company, even if it is, the service is appalling and they are RIP off don't get conned by there terms and conditions.”
“Ordered a wardrobe and assembly from these people. No communication from them, arrived a day late. Only sent one person for assembly - who misassembled the wardrobe and they had sent some of the wrong parts. The wardrobe was meant to be white but all the pieces of wood were different shades - like they were recycled from other pieces of furniture. When the assembler drilled some of the screws, the wood and white exterior cracked! Absolutely shoddy. Not worth the money paid for.”
“I ordered a sofa set and dinning room chair set I did not get a confirmation email eventually after email I did then delivery was supposed to be 3 to 5 working days again emailed to be told update when its in depot again nothing another email sent as i cant get through on their premium phone number I am getting really fed up i shouldn't be chasing as a company you should be serving me as your customer PLZ SORT THIS as im disabled also”

Sent us the wrong sofa after waiting 8weeks then tried to say it was the correct sofa even after sending proof.
Sending a cheaper sofa when we paid for a more expensive one.
Arranging collection was ridiculous even tho we received the wrong sofa it wasn't our fault we had to pay £140 to collect which was bang out of order 4 weeks later sofa was collected and then took 7 weeks to receive a refund after being lied to multiple times.

I have bought a sofa 1 Month ago and it should be delivered by then. I tried to call hundred times, no response and they even charged all waiting times on the phone!! I don’t know what to do now. I should sue this company.”
“These are a very Untrustworthy company. DO NOT WASTE TIME CALLING THEM IT COSTS YOU 45 pence a minute and your on hold for at least half an hour every time. I ordered a pine shelf that they said was in stock and did not arrive. Tried emailing them several times and got no response. Had to call them and was on hold for ages each time, only to be cut off after about half an hour, making you call back again. When I eventually got through they said it was damaged in transit even though it showed it still had not been dispatched. They offered me an unsuitable replacement or refund, so I requested a refund. A lot of hassle and waste of time and then added grief when my phone bill showed £28 in phone calls to them. Would Never recommend them to anyone !”

That's all we ask from you, let us know you have read our email by responding! We understand you may have a lot of emails to get through because you have a lot of angry customers but try and understand from our point of view, how frustrating it is for us when we put our money and our trust in you!”
“Finally have my 3pce suite which took so long to come through. MN Furniture you NEED TO STOP LYING about having these items in stock as all your company does is advertise the goods on BEHALF of the manufacture, all you do is take an order, YOU DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK OR MAKE ANY OF YOUR GOODS ADVERTISED, even courier company stated that you MN Furniture do not have the right to tell customers that goods in stock and delivery within 10 days. As stated in various emails to yourselves that I do believe you are trading ILLEGALLY. As for my suite LOL LOL LOL it was NOT EVEN ONE I ORDERED . WILL NEVER PROMOTE YOUR COMPANY. BAD BUSINESS”
