“Bought a 203cm white wardrobe (most popular), that once it was up (and after many cuts a bruises in the process) measured 204cm and stuck out over the perfectly measured wall. 🙄
Delivery drivers said it would take two people a relatively quick time to put together. I asked where the instructions were and he said you need to go online and “it’s on YouTube”. The online instructions were useless. And the YouTube video has the wrong numbers for the parts listed on screen! 😡
Drivers also asked me to sign delivery note without inspecting goods. (Had to note on the delivery note, that I hadn’t been able to inspect the goods). Seems they were in a rush to leave. 😱
When we started the build, it took myself and fiancé about 6hrs, non-stop to get the frame done and up. Once we managed to get the wardrobe upright, (and this is before the mirrored doors are on) it was too heavy to move. The “feet” that are supplied are pointless. Effectively they are just tacks and make no difference on carpet. In trying to slide the wardrobe into place the chipboard of the base crumbled. (Note, this is a chipboard wardrobe, covered in veneer, it is not quality/ solid wood.) We now have a wardrobe that, God only knows if it will support the doors and clothes, with a big chip in its base, staring at, and mocking us everyday! 🫣
For those old enough to remember MFI… this is as bad! 🥴
Gutted, because it promised to be so much better. Bitterly disappointed. No point in complaining as the T’s&C’s on delivery note seemed to allude to “if you start to build it, there are no returns!” 🚫
The one star is for the communication regarding delivery. I emailed to find out when I could expect delivery (which is about a week after purchasing btw), and they responded within a day. That wasn’t bad. 💻
That said, when ordered I was told that the driver would call me the day before delivery. They didn’t! 🤷🏼♂️”

I read reviews and try to read between the lines. Got this 1 wrong. Customer Service is the worst by far. Pathetic. Do Not buy from here.
Wardrobe delivered no problem. Happy with the quality of it, I ordered a Dressing Table as well.
Then I broke 2 Mirrored doors. Took a few emails to order replacements £149. Told 3 to 4 weeks. It took 10 weeks, with me asking for updates in between. Got apology but that was it, no explanation.
Dressing table came, this was very poor quality, one panel had black stain on edge where it was glued. Was going to replace part but decided to have refund instead. Had confirmation and packing Note attached for Royal Mail . LOL. Packing Note said 0 - 2 kg sent email to tell them my parcel was 21kg. They replied saying it would be ok. So took it to post office, straight away he picked up on lable that had wrong weight on it, also Royal Mail has a max limit of 20kg. This is 4 weeks ago, parcel still in boot of my car. Have rang Customer services several times, left contact details ect like instructed for call back. Got no call back each time. Sent emails, all you get is I've passed your email on to the depot. On one it says they do not do call back anymore, so why leave it as an option on the phone when on Hold. Also asked for a Manager to call me, but they haven't. This is still on going, product still in my boot. 23/05/24

“The wardrobe I ordered is such poor quality, the materials used are very cheap and thin so much that the wardrobe wasn't strong enough to hold up. I tried assembling this with no luck and would like a refund as i spent £490 for something that is worth £50. The screws when tightened split the wood and there's no support for the structure. Extremely disappointed and now left with planks of useless wood. This product is a deception and given the price tag i expected it to be of good quality.
Can someone please resolve this matter for me as it is causing me a lot of distress?”
“Impossible to get hold of! I have been chasing the arrival of the bed frame I have ordered for a week and on each occasion I am told "it is on track to be delivered" Unsurprisingly my delivery has not arrived and is evidently not "on track" but it is impossible to reach them on the phone as they cut off your call once you have been on hold for a certain period of time and their "chat service" they recommend does not exist. Appalling customer service and once this issue is sorted, I will never order from them again.”

“Do not order here, chose any other shop. It is an nightmare, waited for sofa more than months, no reaction for ask of refund of money, and then they charged cancellation fee for they bad service and delay in delivery for 36 days (30 working days). And be careful- they say in therms and conditions that they do not charge if delay from they side is more than 28 working days, but they do. Still arguing about this case with them. So, do not waste Your time with this company, HORRIBLE customer service.”

“I ordered a wardrobe that was delivered damaged (smashed mirror, damage to every panel with either chips/ scratches/ paint bubbles) and the packaging was covered in foot prints. I have been trying to get a response to arrange collection of the faulty wardrobe and a full refund (as it was impossible to arrange a replacement item) for over a week now.
You can only speak to someone who cannot help as they do not work in that department, even though the phone option selected is aftersales, they say that they will ring or email you back with information and they do not do this. They say that you can’t speak to anyone who can help and that there is no manager available to speak to either.
I can see from other reviews that others are experiencing the exact same problem…
They have now stopped responding to emails.
I have been advised to report them to the ombudsman as it has now been 4 weeks and they are refusing to collect their damaged and faulty product, unless I pay £129, which is against the consumer rights act 2015.”

Please do not buy sofas from this company and the wardrobe we bought looked like someone had already bought this and scratched it for life. “Would give this a zero if I could. Ordered a wardrobe weeks ago from this company, arranged for the items to be delivered and gave clear instructions on where to leave them at the property. The courier company confirmed all will be OK to deliver. Low and behold they marked the delivery as failed and want to charge me £138 for either a cancellation fee or the re-delivery fee!. My points in the email keep being ignored, I have had to save up for weeks for this item and now I am having to absorb the cost of the cancellation due to no fault of my own! The couriers have charged the fee however they have now deducted it from my full refund!!! I have asked countless times to raise this further within the company but again keep being told the same 'we cannot waiver this fee'.. the customer service I have received has been so POOR since the start. I am not going to give up because a company cannot take its customers financial situation into consideration or be slightly empathetic!! Never ever going to order or recommend this company to anyone. As the reviews are mostly POOR I am sure this one won't make a difference either.”
“We've only just started building this. The first two pieces are missing down holes. The second two pieces are too long. After drilling holes and cutting wood, we put everything together and then find a crack, which will be at the front and visible. This is ridiculous. The instructions are poor and no support as we are more than 20 miles from London so can't pay for installation. Do we carry on? If we don't, will they accept a return now that everything (apart from the mirror - hope its ok) is unpacked? The thing is that it looks so good. My advice, if you're capable of building a wardrobe from scratch and so can make the needed modifications, consider it. If not don't even think about it!”
