“Advertised as free delivery to my postcode. They then tried to charge me an extra £92 surcharge days after I put the order in. When I queried why they were asking me for extra cash after advertising delivery as free to UK mainland, they said they could not fulfil my order and issued me a refund. Pointless waste of time. The customer service over the phone and email was shocking - they don't care about their customers. I'd advise not to shop here even if you see something at a reasonable price. It's not worth the risk. Look at all the negative reviews (as I wish I had done before purchasing anything). Still awaiting refund also...”

My wardrobe came with 2 smashed sliding doors. Unfortunate but I understand these things happen. It’s how a company reacts that makes the difference.
We were told by the delivery company he would log the damage and left us with relevant paperwork for this. I also used their online damage for another small issue that’s okay now and closed. But they keep asking me to refer back to that. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but that have left me with no alternative. 3 weeks on I’m still waiting for my wardrobe doors with no answer to when or if I will get them.”

“Took 2 weeks to receive my set of drawers, then when i came to build it and count all the parts, one of the side panels was missing and therefore i could not build the unit at all. I was told to ring the after sales support line to resolve and all they did was divert me to send an email to aftersales and it will be dealt with. Really poor customer service and still no solution or offer of recompense for the disruption or to keep me as a customer.”

I imagine there are 3 employees max. They make up names of others that exist. We will be notifying trading standards and hopefully they get shut down before they take any more money from hardworking people. Awful awful. “If I could give 0 stars I would. YOU TOOK THE PRODUCT BACK! And then had someone tell me I would get a full refund then said that it can’t be processed so you’re putting it on hold!! But didn’t say why or for how long your company is thieving and fraudulent! So you then told me to contact dispute team there’s no such thing! Trading standards will be involved and claims court because you’re breaking the law you legally have to give me my money back! Have all the photos to prove! You legally have to give a refund within 14 days if a customer isn’t happy regardless of why they want to send it back. IVE WAITED 4 months for a refund with the constant back and forth of emails! Issue my refund now! apparently because I asked Barclays to get involved they can’t give me a refund!! So now it’s another excuse when they dropped the ‘chargeback’ over a month ago!”
“All-round very disappointing experience. Order was expected to arrive after 2-3 weeks, took 6 weeks and lots of follow up emails. Tried to cancel my order as I hadn’t received a dispatched notification after 3 weeks, to be told there would be a £199 cancellation fee as the item was already with the delivery depot… took another 3 weeks after this point.
Order finally arrived only for nothing to be labelled and no instructions whatsoever - bare in mind this is a large glass sliding door wardrobe!”

Dont believe some of the good reviews as its believed they could have written this themselves. I emailed for a refund and no reply. The wardrobe needed to be assembled and it arrived damaged. “Do not use this company the quality of the high white gloss furniture is shocking with chips showing the chipboard. After emails backwards and forwards they have now not paid us a full refund in full saying item is fine and taken £125 for the return . Absolutely shocking .”
