“I'm trying to return my unopened item, I sent pictures also as they requested them. A week ago now and they haven't sent me any details on how to return, or accept the return request my item was £630!!! It's like they're delaying it purposely so it's too late to return. I have sent 6 emails now and rang 4 times and left voicemails. My issue still isn't resolved yet they still have £630 of my money!!!!! Disgusting service”
“Never ever bye from this company I had await of 3 weeks for a wardrobe what didn’t turn up then waited another week to be told to wait as it’s on its way , I needed a Wardrobe badly so went and bought one locally , I rang this company and asked them to cancel my order then they didn’t refund the full amount and kept £169 of my money , the bank is involved now and it is going through a dispute , these are definitely a fraud company and I really hope they end up with nothing and loose everything please don’t ever bye from them , I really wish that I had read all the reviews before byeing from these things
Also when ordering from these people they don’t tell you there’s a charge of £169 to cancel you ordered on the 11th of April and they give you a estimated delivery 25th apr to 1st of may a week went by I rang to cancel to be then told on the phone item got damaged in transit and I could pick the next best thing , I told them I didn’t want the next best thing and said cancel my order , this is the uk and I can’t wait for the bank to take my money off u 😃”
“DO NOT SHOP HERE!! These people are scammers!!!! they did not send me a confirmation email and when I had contacted them to cancel my order (wardrobe) they charged me £199 cancellation fee for an order I didn’t receive. They also lied and said the order was delivered which clearly wasn’t because I had cancelled it way before the expected delivery date. First they forwarded a fake email showing my order confirmation then they lied and said I give them the wrong email hence why I didn’t receive a confirmation,
The staff are all a bunch of liars. I will be taking them to court eventually for a refund of my £199 that that kept for an item they didn’t delivered. THIEVES & SCAMMERS”
“Very poor quality, wrong colour, measurements wrong, and the material is peeling away. Contacted customer service who were no help, even though I contacted them straight after delivery. Save your money, buy elsewhere”

And I have reported them to trading standards as their customer service is appalling and they make up names of staff members that don't exist and make promises about live chat etc. This wasn't resolved instantly it took many more phonecalls and emails to rectify the situation that was entirely their fault. “The item we ordered was never dispatched - then when I chased them up after the delivery eta came and went they said to wait 5-10 days…so I asked for a tracking number so I could keep an eye on it…and the next thing they say is that, actually, the item was dispatched but then damaged in transit! Also, coincidentally,it was the very last one they had in stock so I’d have to pick something else…When I asked for the tracking number as proof this was actually the case they have ignored me. No idea why they are being either deliberately obscure about this or lying about it ever being dispatched? Either way, I didn’t trust them after this so am getting a refund. Pretty frustrating.”

“I’m sure that they are 100% a scam company at this point. Ordered a wardrobe and only received half of it. They are now refusing to give a refund, that’s when I actually get a response. I have sent numerous forms that they’ve asked me to fill in and photos of the half that they have sent me to prove that I haven’t received the full parcel. Still nothing. £575 down the drain. They told me they’re on tight deadlines to refund customers and now I haven’t had a response in 5 days.

“First time buying from this site and while I can’t fault the delivery time / service the item I received is such poor quality, I ordered bedside drawers and they look very cheap, the drawers itself have gaps either side and they don’t slide in and out very well. It also came with scratches and chipped paint”
“Delivery took for ever lied about items being dispatched and tracking number. Said it was on its way but wasn’t then week later said again item has just been dispatched. Well you said earlier that it had already been sent. Just make everything up.”

The 2nd is still in the box from delivery and i wanted to return it. Was told i would have to pay a £150 return fee. Apparently its in the small print”
“I order sofa which it was delivered but arrived damaged they kept telling me they will change it but their courier are terrible they lie and never attempted to deliver an exchange sofa they claimed they will change but since April they never find resolution to solve it they even ask me to pay £186 for delivery which after delivered damaged sofa to my house very terrible company they don’t care about their customer they just want to make money.”
