“We've only just started building this. The first two pieces are missing down holes. The second two pieces are too long. After drilling holes and cutting wood, we put everything together and then find a crack, which will be at the front and visible. This is ridiculous. The instructions are poor and no support as we are more than 20 miles from London so can't pay for installation. Do we carry on? If we don't, will they accept a return now that everything (apart from the mirror - hope its ok) is unpacked? The thing is that it looks so good. My advice, if you're capable of building a wardrobe from scratch and so can make the needed modifications, consider it. If not don't even think about it!”
“I wouldn’t even give them one star. Ordered a bed that they said was due to be delivered in 3 days as in stock. Of course the bed was damaged and the last one. I was offered many alternatives which were unsuitable and each time asked for my money back of £600. I am still waiting 10 weeks later for the refund. I have now started a dispute with my bank. Complete scammers do not use”

When we finally got to speak to someone we were assured it would be delivered today and still nothing arrived and she didn't ring back as promised.
