Item sent was missing parts box was torn & worn so clearly not new before sending! Of no use at all!!

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Ordered a bed that they said was due to be delivered in 3 days as in stock. Of course the bed was damaged and the last one. I was offered many alternatives which were unsuitable and each time asked for my money back of £600. I am still waiting 10 weeks later for the refund. I have now started a dispute with my bank. Complete scammers do not use

Absolutely terrible customer service! Still waiting on our Chest of Draws that we ordered in March, no notification, emails contact or anything. When we finally got to speak to someone we were assured it would be delivered today and still nothing arrived and she didn't ring back as promised. Still no clarification on what's happening etc. Definitely wouldn't order again from here!!

Everything is fine until they mess-up your order and send the wrong item. Delivery time is a minimum of 2 weeks Customer service don't know anything about anything . Even the sizes of the products are estimative even if you pick your sizes from the website. Do not waste your time !!!

Customer service is disgusting, when asking Q about my order, they simply hung up the phone. Call back again ,another operator says - system fault, call disconnected. Been waiting over 2 weeks for sofa, only now reading reviews of others receiving damaged items ,no refunds , cancellation fees. Awful. No help from customer service, no emails after purchase was made nothing , just sitting waiting will it come or not. Simply awful .

Do not buy from these people they do not go out there returns policy and the items are poor quality and arrive damaged but still will not allow me to return Poor customer service Can never get through on the phone Don’t reply to emails for days DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Avoid. Poor quality wardrobes. came faulty took weeks to sort out over email because they wouldn’t speak on the phone and still waiting for a partial refund they say they have sent but I haven’t received anything.

Cheaply made sofa not worth £550 ,broken already and not even had it a full month im fuming,i feel mugged off now have to find a new one, the delivery was bad also because didn't get updated on delivery until the day before delivery

Delivery took ages .. I was promised a small refund cuz the delivery was delayed twice that I never got and the quality of the wardrobe it’s not the best

I still don’t have my delivery despite being told 3 different delivery dates and having to take 2 days off work to wait in for it. And I still do not have my order!!!

I still have not received my order, although it is now several days beyond mn estimated delivery window I've received no communication about why my order hasn't arrived or when it is likely to.

I still haven’t received my refund after returning sofas over a month ago!!!! Poor customer service and the company fail to honour customers rights with returns!!!!

Customer service was atrocious! My item was sent straight back to the seller after one lousy attempt, they didn't even bother reattempting. Neither was there any communication. Contacted MN about the issue and they couldn't have been more impassive about the situation. They said that I would be charged £90 because the delivery failed and were reluctant to give me a refund. It was a nightmare getting anywhere with them. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking product, damaged in numerous places. Staff do not answer phones and after 30 mins (roughly) you get cut off. The only way they can redeem themselves is by expediting my refund.

I have still not received my delivery of the shelves I ordered. MN told me it has been delivered but I assured them it hasn't. They told me they would chase the delivery company. I have chased and heard nothing. If I don't receive confirmation that my shelves have been dispatched or a refund processed in the next two days I will be taking this further.

Failed to deliver product on time, failed to give me another delivery date. After over 6-7 weeks worth of waiting they decided to deliver my item after saying I want a refund. I will not be using again…useless company
