“The worst customer service ever. We ordered a wardrobe advertised as in stock and are still waiting 10 weeks later. When we call, we are told they are waiting for a reply from their ‘depot’. The manager has always just left for the day. We are going to try to get a refund, but this process will probably be painful too. Just an awful company and not to be trusted.”

Currently If you do not like your item or are dissatisfied, most online companies would allow you to send back for free and refund you almost immediately. It is not the case with MN. they will charge to resend your item and would not refund you.

“This topper is sized perfectly, lays flat on the mattress, is the promised thickness, and has no off-gassing (I have chemical sensitivities). It provides a nice padding to keep me from feeling the hard mattress underneath me. The material is very high quality. The foam is firmish. I would have preferred a quite soft foam but I am still happy with it. It is superior to memory foam in my mind, because: with memory foam, you sink down into it and it can be hard to turn over, it is bad for your posture because of the sinking, and it is hard to turn over at night because of the hole that is created once you have sunk into the memory foam. This is a great value for the money, it exceeded my expectations.”

“Actually more than advertised. The frame itself is just what we wanted. What impressed me was the packaging, assembly instructions, but especially the hardware packaging. Instead of throwing a bunch of nuts and bolts into a bag, these were very carefully individually packaged to n a sheet with another section with extras. That is going the extra step. Thanks!

“I received this sofa bed in a compact box and put it together myself (single woman without power tools). While putting it together, I was initially frustrated by the difficulty in getting the small screws to fit into some of the holes in the support bars, and thought I needed power tools to complete the job, but I just happened to try a more sturdy Phillips head screwdriver in my toolkit and that did the trick perfectly. It took probably 2-3 hours total for me to assemble (the instructions aren't necessarily the clearest in terms of orientation of the bars/pieces), but I was able to do so fine.
Keeping in mind that I have an average body frame and not the strongest arm muscles, the fact that I was able to put this together using only the tools provided plus a Phillips head screwdriver should give you some indication of whether it's reasonable for you to expect to do the same.”
“Most importantly, this frame has done a great job, even with my oversized futon. That said, I have scraped a small hole in my wall when the bolts on the back pressed into the wall when I sat. My bad for not having enough space, so learn from me. Also it took time to assemble, but can easily be completed by one person. Don't be afraid to break out stronger tools though. The free ones within are so-so. Extremely happy with the purchase.”
